You don’t need to book ahead. Simply walk through our doors and you’ll be greeted by a trained fitter — someone who knows exactly how to help you find the perfect fit, without judgment or fuss.

What Happens in a Fitting?
- You’ll be welcomed into a private fitting room
- We’ll ask a few gentle questions about your needs and preferences
- Your fitter will help measure and assess your current fit
- You’ll try on a few options — we’ll be honest, helpful, and never pushy
- You’ll walk away feeling supported in every sense of the word
We fit women from size 8 to 24, and D to L cup.

We’re also a registered provider for post-mastectomy prosthesis and bra fittings through the Ministry of Health.
If you’ve had breast surgery, we’re here to support you with professional, private fittings at no cost to you—we’ll take care of the funding claim. When you’re ready, we’re ready.
As a registered Ministry of Health Service Provider, we are here to help you following your mastectomy surgery.
We do that by;
- Explaining the Ministry of Health Breast Prosthesis Subsidy to you, and how claims are made;
- Taking the time to answer all your questions about the process and explaining what products are available to you;
- Ensuring you have access to your current funding level and when you funding cycle will reset;
- Helping you to select the right shape, size and weight prosthesis to support your lifestyle;
- Helping you to select the best bra or approved product option for you; and
- Working with you to submit your claim through us for the products you have purchased at Undercover Secrets.
